Fairly new to ETFs here, but am interested in diversifying internationally. Would anyone be kind enough to advise me on how I should determine my buy limit price?
I can get the US$ NAV from the previous US trading day, but what % extra should I factor in for the:
- bid/ask spread
- forex
- timing difference
