Pretty useless article! It first talks about a "combined 9% of dollars" but is ambiguous as to what that applies to: Priceline and Myer combined? Or representative network and online combined? The graph presented is not supported by the blurb at all and shows Priceline and Myers commanding 15% each of the cosmetic expenditure by retailer. Presumably, the graph is the actual poll data. In any case, API shows that $1.50 per $10 is spent there, not $3 in $10. Still, an excellent result and over twice that of its direct competitor, Chemist Warehouse, let alone indirect competitors like the discount department stores (well, 'less direct' competitors).
Honestly, I wish they'd teach these kids to write properly - you'd think Morgan could afford people who passed Year 7 English!
