Your patience has been rewarded madamswer. every now and again Mr market and his short -selling side -kicks throw the baby out with the bath water. In the process they often (deliberately) scare the living daylights out of inexperienced longs, and voila.....you get a 20% + growing RoE business on a 11.5x PE (BTW, I agree with the way you adjust the PE for cash....obviously an old pro).
I am long around $28 from post-GFC when Mr Market last had a triple by-pass so haven't added to my holding this time around.....I've also been going through another silly bout of Mr market depression with FXL.....similar deal.
Its a $45 stock today, so you have done a great trade !
