I suspect its buyers of the recent 1:15 that applied for substantially more than their entitlement with the expectation that they could sell for 25c plus prior to EMA decision. Probably a lot of these buyers didn't expect to end up with so many shares and prudent portfolio management means they have to sell in-order to reduce their exposure in the unlikely event EMA is not to our liking. Volumes are low which suggests that there is no news driving the downwards movement.
