IMO anyone with a sell order above 21 is mad. If it gets approval it will rip through all of my onscreen buys. And exactly the opposite as well....
This will be watched with vigilance
There will be something seriously wrong if they don't get the approval. Especially with the (non-tis) past statistics. But we are all gunshy now.
