Yes I confess my comment on the price rise was a bit tongue in cheek.

As for suing anyone regarding production of veneers made from banana? Even if there was a backer with deep pockets I dont think they could do much to block anyone unless of course PPY technology was knocked off. It could be useful for PPY that others are creating the market using "handmade" materials in that if PPY could get its technolgy to work it should outstrip a hand made production process. Market established by others + get the technology working = $$$ (at last)

But if you are right in that PPY may go into recievership before they get the technology to work the whole discussion becomes futile.

In the meantime I will continue to watch.
