BELEAF is there and Papyrus isn't because I reckon they've been beaten to the draw...again.
BELEAF appears to be an Italian sponsored website (since 2010) www.beleaf.mc/
with a range of nice looking products, and a partnership with Tout Bois, as PPY had long ago hoped to cement!
To it's competitors, well that's overstating the quality maybe, I'll say rivals, anything PPY EVER had, to its rivals, must have seemed like taking candy from a baby.
You're surprised someone payed up to 5c, I'm incredulous there are still buyers for the stock at all.
