~Now with GOT concerns (almost) out of the way, the market is slowly acknowledging the value the KNL is presenting at this SP level...there have been strong SP corrections across a wide range of Co's but KNL is steadily climbing north...at 30 days confirms quietly clearly
    KNL Chart 20.09.18.JPG

Now the important thing to remember  with this current SP correction is that:

    * On very low volume = ST traders looking to cash in on next spike will be easily absorbed.

    * CBA saw KNL as very good value @0.23c  ~2years ago, so we still have a bit to go just there.

Why did CBA see good value at 0.23c? Looking at our combined NPV Epanko and Downstream Plant (Tanz) = US$356mil/ AU$490mil...I'm allowing SOI to climb to 400mil after allowing for AU$55mil equity portion @ 0.40c...so total SOI 400mil NPVAU$490mil = ~AU$1.20 SP...allowing conservative 3 years to get to full production that still leaves a ~500% increase on original investment.

The variables that can work to our favor are: Stronger US$, higher G prices once all the new EV start hitting showrooms around the world, increased demand for expandable/fire retardant products around the world, and the one I like the most will be Storage Batteries...as prices come down thanks due to mass production, any homeowner will be hard pressed not to install solar and storage, the economics alone will be to clear to ignore.

Since the CBA investment we now also have EcoGraf, which by the way should also further improve the NPV I mentioned above, we should get more figures with the next update for the Tanz downstream revised study results. So now with EcoGraf also in the mix this could turn really turn into unchartered waters considering there is a lot less doubt in peoples minds today then there was two years ago on where the EV transition is taking us.

I have been calling for a while that @0.15c KNL was a screaming buy and I think anything up to 0.23c is a sure buy b4 we get more info on how far we are in Germany...from what I was able to find out we are very close, obviously everyone has to do their own DD as I could be telling stories, or stories have been told to me...one thing I do know is that the FA of this little gem are amongst the best in the spec sector.

    All IMO
