Fox, when the backdoor listing is complete, the current board will almost certainly not exist. As the majority shareholders, the new mob will install its on board. They have no need for peanut directors.
This has absolutely nothing to do with EXM except they picked the asx stock with the least chance of survival.
So you really have to seperate the two parties.
