They have around 600 million shares on issue, my guess is they will do a 1 for 10 when the price reaches 1 cent.
This company has no firm resource, if they had anything real the price would be around 8 cents.
Coal projects often have a high cost start up in excess of $200 million. The falling coal prices make any undeveloped resource high risk because of the payback uncertainty.
