I'd say it is being shorted by quite a few players. It's pure sentiment. In my view it's tangled up in the perception that it's services may not be needed if miners slash projects.
Yet, as you say, it's recent report was strong and is well diversified in contracts.

If I remember rightly, it's book value is well over a $1, but can't remember the exact figure. If I had some spare cash, i'd be staging some more buy ins.
To me it looks like a great opportunity. These are the kind of oversell moments that have done the best for me over the years.
