PS fair call. I will watch from sidelines. Hope you guys win. But with position of regulators unlikely to change their sentiment it will be a battle. In my opinion the only way is via lawyers and immediately get an injunction then only then you might have a chance. But holders have to all unite and be willing to fund it not leave it to a minority. If you don’t then it is over in my opinion if you are hoping the regulators will help.
