A look at events in February 2007 at associate NMI (refer ASX detailed questions and responses on ASX website) suggests that the ASX will be looking very closely at Friday's action where the OLY`s price rose 47% in three hours with the largest daily turnover ever seen in the stock.
With tomorrow's announcement (my bet it is a JV/placement with a known player), if the ASX doesn't seek a very detailed examination as per NMI in February, something is really wrong with the ASX/ASIC enforcement process.
I seem to recall the Gordon Gheko line "If you are not on the inside then you are on the outside"
