TBH, I wouldn't be surprised if JPM is pulling the pin about now - they have been in around the 80s and 90s levels. The fund manager's manager could have told him to liquidate the holding.
If a major holder like JPM is being a motivated seller, the SP would do exactly what it is now. Add to this, CCU gets knocked around on much lower volume than this anyway!
