Neil,
they already have enough oil to justify 69c per share according to veritas report.
First hole will be in existinbg well to hopefully prove more resource.
Second hole will be in well literrally adjacent, believed to be full because it is so close. Same source fed both.
Third hole also considered good prospect.
At this price its a no lose situation.
