IE,
I believe they have the oil to much more than justify current SP - however nervous investors see risk of SP fall if any delays, bad news etc and as with all oilers they will look at the worst-case outcome of no economical oil reserve. At lot is at stake on one tenement. If the formation doesn't produce oil well (remember it has not had a long test so could dry up or slow down to uneconomic rates early in production - the only way to know if a formation will produce is to produce it for some time.
