I believe there were lots of small holders that came on board on re-listing that were connected to ECM. The smaller holders were needed because ECM was taking up over 90% of VPR stock and the ASX/ASIC didn't like it. So they spread some .001c shares around to connections but these were reported as mostly smaller parcels.

With so many shares on issue there must have been many millions of shares spread around to bring ECM under 90%. I don't know the actual number of shares that were involved in that re-structure but somebody here might.

So it could easily be some of those .001 crowd offloading. Also there has been a bit of churn at .002 so it's easy to see those shares being disposed of for 50%-100% gain at .003-.004
