    Reveleigh and Roy Payne voted Mannix [with Smith dissenting] onto the Board prior to their departure - I'll leave to you to deduce why they put him there!

    A BoD appointment has to be ratified by shareholders at the next AGM. I'll be surprised if Mannix survives past 29th Nov.

    The are plenty of cases where a company refuses to pay grubs there golden parachutes.
