    Just wonder why the board hasn't complied with listing rule 3.1(1) and chosen 'NOT' to disclose the price paid for
    Monash Hire so the market is kept fully informed and transparent.

    If it is not 'material' then that is totally irrelevant,the market should rightly know just how much a company A pays for company B especially after being granted ACCC approval.
