The other thing worth mentioning is that plebe like me were offered a paltry amount of stock, not, it would seem, to raise capital, but so they got the required spread of shareholders for a public listing. In other words, the people behind BOA were not interested in sharing the prize any more than they had to at 20c.
The way I see it, I was invited to the party, but asked to stay in the kitchen. But hey, that's fine by me.
