I would imagine that Warwick Grigor would be the ideal person to report on MRF and it's current situation in SL. The fact that he is invested indicates he truly believes what he has seen and checked out. Technically he may be biased by his involvement, but he also has the reputation to back up his opinion.

The report is transparent and detailed.

It demonstrates just how simple and straightforward the operation is, and the very low cost entry to production. Most of the equipment - headframes, winches etc - needed, already installed. Locals experienced in mining the graphite at a reasonable cost.
