Makes you wonder if Gallagher have helped the sp get to where it is now with the intention of greater bargaining power for the price of the 2nd tranche.
Will Strike issue more shares at a lower price to raise the same amount of capital?
Gallagher could try for $1.25 and say it's at the same sort of premium as the first tranche.
I'm sure Gallagher will be trying to reduce their average buy in price below $2.
