Im reading the daily share buy back notices as good news. The company is clearly saying, we are cash flow positive, we dont have signifcant expenses planned, we have plenty of free cash, lets buy back shares.
Of course, they could, alternatively, distribute the cash to shareholders via increased dividends, however, I imagine that once the shares that are bought back are cancelled, our current shareholdings overall % ownership increases and therefore dividen payments will be higher anyhow (distributed amongs fewer shares).
I wonder though, how the AUD/USD is impacting overall results. If only they would release their half year activites reports
