    DHR only got its LKO shares by selling Navgas to them for effectively 10m.
    Navgas appears to be worthless based on on the fact nothing has happened in years since that transfer and recent comments from LKO that 3m Rawson purchase makes it no longer entirely dependent on Vic (Navgas was SA and QLD but ignored).
    in my view you have to subtract that 10m to get LKO real current value
