    I disagree. 7.5% GDP growth is based on pushing into consumption ie buying goods NOT building new buildings.

    2006 14% GDP growth most was due to building many ghost cities (empty apartments).

    China has switch focus on consumption and aggressively crack down on constructions. IO is based on constructions.
