After the recent slide in price to its current PE of 8 based on last years earnings I think RXP now represents a pretty good value proposition alone (~6.5% dividend yield), regardless of the magnitude of any (more likely than not) increased earnings for FY17.
The recent price action appears to be pricing in a drop in earnings for FY17 which based on company performance over the last few years and recent flurry of job advertisements is an unlikely scenario.
Coupled with recent director and fund purchases of shares as a positive signal from company insiders I fail to see this latest plunge as anything more than a typical overreaction from the market.
