Sounds like The Works integration is going fine and Ross and co have demonstrated a decent acquisition track record which is not reflected in the current valuation.
My guess is the.weak share price is Regal exiting. They've had a tough time recently and there's been a bit of a restructure there recently. I note they are major holders in GSW.
