    i thought the under writers had placed all the stock..including the fiscal cliff.(overhang).
    The company is not going to get many takers from retail holders thats for sure.
    I am a bit miffed they went out and dropped 10 big ones at Emerson. One of these days we will all give up, then someone will be able to buy it all up cheap.
