I'm not so sure, i think the share price may have been suppressed to stop retail shares going through. i think the major holders would not want the dilution for such a small amount of cash, very easy for them to control the share price as we know. I would expect the share price to trend much higher from now on, remember us little guys receive no love from the majors we are there to make up the numbers.
