Rights issue at 3c earlier this year.
No more cash - now doing an SPP at 1.7c
Can look at this both pros and cons.
Pro: they are keeping this tight within loyal holders.
Pro: EV at 1.7c being under $1.5M
Con: lack of attention by the market
Con: sometimes keeping it too tight doesn't give the liquidity it needs to move
