I'm afraid your conspiracy theory is not even remotely plausible, because that would be a deliberate criminal activity to interfere in a publicly traded company to monetarily harm its shareholders. Market Makers and other daily traders are protected under the law despite their ad Infinitum schemes!
I think the company has got to come clean and tell us what's really going on and why the delays!
