sell downs take time---a portfolio has obviously been caught, but also obviously they can take their time selling down.
take your pick from any of the recent stuff ups.
if it was an insto, they are ruthless when dumping.
trouble is management have given a 2 year time frame,with no indication of attempting to add value before then.
