Cresent Capital Partners have now sold their 13% stake in CVO, for $2.13 a share.
With the recent $00.07 dividend, that makes $2.20 a share, which is a 10% premium to the float price.
Not outstanding for Cresent, but with ISIS beheadings and Ebola all over the news, I guess pricing was difficult.
If Ebola jumped continents, then I suppose CVO, could raise its travel insurance premiums.
Personally, I am impressed at how the big institutions, are becoming large holders of this stock, so I would be surprised if the SP moves South from here.
