    The overhang story with upward bias, is one perspective.

    I prefer the fair value story.The sellers did not wish to leave excess on the table, the buyers only pay what they think it is worth. And that negotiation at this point in time, came in at $2.13 a share for 13% of CVO.

    Many stocks would not get an institution bid at all, and pricing in those stocks is often in the hands of the insider's market maker. Naturally the insiders want as high a valuation as possible.

    So for me , who has bought in at $2.12, I am not considering that I have bought a bargain, with a margin of safety, rather that I have bought fair value, in an overall market of which I am highly suspicious.
