I’ve been thinking, are there any rules preventing them from re-commencing the buyback until the half yearly is released or anything like that?
I think there’s a rule like this for Directors buying on market as they may be in receipt of information not available to the wider market but I’m not sure if there’s anything like this for company buybacks.
Anyone know?
