Firstly, Grant came back - and in my view that is a good thing.
Secondly, they would be foolish to burgeon ahead with their plans without first waiting for the Tanzanian Govt. to clarify its position - particularly on how their impositions are to affect CXX.
I came back in at 8c (with a lot smaller position) and was very pleased when Grant came back. Like you, I think Panda Hill is a good piece of business waiting to happen.
