This is probably not the time to be out of the stock. FDA approval is imminent.
Whilst they can take their sweet time reviewing, they do have a 4 month clock target which they are measured against. From my count, the clock is just about up on their side. The only thing which could slow down the approval is if they come back with another round of questions which would then stop the clock until AXP respond.
No much point buying after FDA approval. We will be looking at close to a $2 SP, imo.
