FDA isn't interested in rushing anything. As a government department the wheels turn slowly but they turn none the less. It's the company who have said "expected" in dec. I'd bet the FDA didn't get that memo nor would they care about it anyway. I'd expect this to grind lower the closer we get to the end of the year (without FDA approval) and be able to snap a bargain over the quite time in early Jan, then watch it fly when the FDA approval comes after the FDA come back from the slopes.
