I was reviewing the half yearly report of Royal Resources (ROY)...

I was reviewing the half yearly report of Royal Resources (ROY) and noticed the following under contingent liabilities:

"Royal Resources Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary Razorback Iron Pty Ltd were joined to legal proceedings
commenced in the New South Wales Supreme Court by Frederick John Hillam against Ivan Peter Lewis, Mintech
Resources, Goldus Pty Ltd and Mawson Gold NL.
Based on legal advice the directors consider the claims made by Mr Hillam to be without merit and will be vigorously defending the claims."

I assume that this is the same Mr Hillam who is the major shareholder in BMG.

I'm looking forward to the BMG shareholder dispute being finalised by the Courts or 15 May, whichever comes first. (For those not aware, if BMG does not pay CAP $25M by 15 May 2012, another party can buy out BMG's interest in the JV and take BMG's place).
