The corporate tax rate will only be 4% as per Ricks Presentation in April at Sydney Mining Club for the first 5 to 7 years based on the tax concessions for gold mining companies in turkey.

We wll have to see what the conditions of the raising are.

My preference is for them toi sell a minority stake at the project level (as per last asx announcement) for say 10 to 15%. This will mininise dilution upfront.
