I'm normally not a consolidation kinda guy, at least Crombie's incentive options have been adjusted to suit and will carry over. I must say he isn't mucking around since coming on board, gets things moving pretty quickly. Maybe I should send him over to LEG to give them a bit of a kick in the pants lol.
