signs up miller’s retail limited for major softwar 3Q Holdings signs up Miller’s Retail Limited for major software and
hardware upgrade
The Board of 3Q Holdings Limited (ASX: TQH) is delighted to announce
that Miller’s Retail Limited (ASX: MRL) has signed contracts with TQH
for the complete upgrade of the Millers Specialty Fashion Group using
TQH’s software application dPOSit.
The upgrade also includes the supply of hardware and software, where
required, for the stores.
Miller’s Retail Limited is made up of approximately 715 stores trading as
Millers Fashion Club, Katies, Crossroads, and 1626 and this contract will
mean that TQH will complete the upgrade program that has already seen
365 of the Millers stores implement the upgrade. The final 350 stores will
now also upgrade to the Windows based dPOSit and it is expected that
the delivery of the hardware and software will be completed in June
2006.
Commenting on the contract, TQH Chairman and CEO Shaun Rosen
said, “Millers has been an important client to us since its inception. We
are delighted to be continuing the association with them via this major
upgrade program.”
“Our year to date has been in line with expectations as stated in the TQH
prospectus dated November 28 2005. Based on this significant contract
being deployed, we expect to finish the year on a strong note.”
