The market is not fully aware of how undervalued GRR is... current pellet prices its trading PE of 1 & then most of market cap is cash... NTA 38c & could get partner for Southdown anytime... High grade ore premium is here to stay as China cracks down on pollution... I cant see them favouring lower grade ore in the future..
2.5mil tons × $200 pellet price = 500mil in revenue... even if production costs are $90/100t... margins are massive... Could easily support a share price of $1 and still be undervalued if Pellet prices remain over $200t..
Current shareprice is a joke, real gains are yet to come... dyor
