Shagang has controlling stake, so a takeover is not possible. Shangang won't sell their stake, they need the offtake, and the fact that they do not tell the management to promote the company, which you would if you want to sell, makes it clear they won't sell.
Southdown definately is on the table to develop, int he past already 100 mln has been spent on it, would not be suprised they will sell 40% of their stake. If this will multiply the share price...I doubt it..let's hope for 30-40 cent s in the coming months....good quarterly results and/or a southdown announcement could be the trigger.
