It is not just the NT government.... it is a nutty leftie push to eradicate fossil fuels, the Victorian Government is doing the same. Just ask Lakes Oil. There is gas in Victoria, but they have bans on mining it ..... they will therefore need to import it and probably suffer shortages as a result, and yet the gas is close by if they drill.
Interestingly, I am today reading the different views on WA building a 3000km pipeline to send gas to the Eastern States.... wtf ?
Yet again, this is a terrific window of opportunity for Qld gas companies.....
