I was trying to find roads or tracks on Google from Aurora tank to Challenger Mine to see if there is a direct path or a back road . As the crow flies AT is 50km NE of Challenger . Even off the Sturt Highway I couldn't find a track to AT. I am not sure how the drilling crew got there so there must be some access that doesn't show up on the maps . I wanted to know this because those trucks carrying the minerals from AT to the mill are huge units and I am not sure how far they can travel on main roads.
Byrnecut Australia the mine operator and now financier for WPG have some pretty snazzy Komatsu and Sandvik trucks , Excavators , Drills and Breakers that could be used at AT . Maybe as part of our Strategic Alliance with WPG that could become possible for there use also . So if Marmota has a viable JORC at Aurora Tank they have all the green lights with them and no need for large capital expenditure .
