Well, no div in the detailed report either - and they handled it by the "avoidance" method, which I despise.
ROIC is probably not covering their cost of capital, so they need to be able to extract some organic growth and cost synergies out of these businesses, as at this point, it looks as though they are over-paying.
Glad to see they can afford to give away $100k to charity though - if the shareholders aren't benefiting, someone else might as well!
