yes it is intriguing that yesteday they announced the TD should be reached late in the day, and they elected not to go into a TH, yet today, they announce the same style progress ie, they will reach TD later in the day, but this time, they elect to go into a TH .... why do this today but not yesterday ....hmmmmmm
