ALB are producing only high grade chemical grade lithium, ORE half their production is a product below chemical grade and due to the influx of spodumene which is a competing product for hydroxide conversion, those lower grade products value has fallen heavily which has dragged ORE overall price down considerably. Chemical grade carbonate price SQM/ALB are getting are still strong up to $14kt from japanese and korean buyers. If ORE were producing the same product ALB are from Salar de Atacama, then their overall pricing would be also be higher, but they aren't so no point comparing apples and bananas.

I know what ORE are producing but my comment is in keeping with my general view that battery metals as a whole are on the up which is highlighted the lithium ETF's upward trajectory.
