i guess the retail investors again was fooled by the institutional investors. The state gov has offered 10cents discount. as retail invstor, i wouldn't worry too much about the pricing is expensive or cheap. because, doesn't matter what price it listed at, i would always be 10cents cheaper! i would wish it opened at 20 cents, then i only had to pay 10cents...
The fund manager has kept saying the pricing of QR was too high to deter retail investors from buying...This way they can get a cheaper price and not be squeezed by retail investors.
